In the customize music prompt you can ask that your song is a certain duration, however we can't guarantee it will be that exact length. Generally songs are limited to between 50 seconds and 4 minutes.

Yes, every generated song includes a high-quality audio download so you can keep your memory forever, outside of our platform.

Because each song and artwork generation begins processing immediately and uses AI computing resources, purchases are generally non-refundable once a generation has started.\nIf you believe there has been a billing error or technical issue, please contact our support team. We\u2019ll review your request and do our best to help.

If a technical issue prevents your song or artwork from being generated successfully, we\u2019ll review the issue and, if confirmed, restore the Credits used for that generation to your account.

Simply email support@phobikstudio.com with: • The email address associated with your account • A brief description of what happened • The approximate date and time of the issue (if known) Our team will investigate your request and let you know the outcome as soon as possible.

Most requests are reviewed within 2\u20135 business days, although more complex billing or technical issues may take longer.

If we determine that a technical error or billing issue occurred, we\u2019ll restore the appropriate number of Credits to your Phobik Studio account. If a refund is required by applicable law or is otherwise appropriate, we\u2019ll contact you with the next steps.

Once a generation has been successfully submitted and processed, the Credits used for that generation generally cannot be restored. Please review your selections before confirming your request.

AI-generated music is creative and each result is unique. Because personal preference is subjective, Credits generally cannot be restored simply because you didn\u2019t like the style, lyrics, or musical direction of a completed generation.

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@phobikstudio.com. We’ll investigate the transaction and, if we confirm a duplicate charge, we’ll either restore the appropriate Credits or issue another appropriate remedy.
